Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the website. They do not replace the separate written agreement for estate agency or other services.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. About this website

Swiftly provides information about property selling services and an enquiry form at swiftly.ie. Swiftly’s PSRA licence number is 004199. If you have a question about these terms, contact us using the enquiry form.

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2. Information and estimates

We aim to keep the website accurate, but information may change. Content is general information, not legal, tax, financial or valuation advice. Obtain independent professional advice where needed.

The savings calculator provides an illustration based on your inputs and the assumptions displayed beside it. It is not a property valuation, binding quotation or guarantee of savings or sale price. Fees, VAT treatment, add-ons and availability should be confirmed with Swiftly before you appoint us.

Property descriptions, images, asking prices, offers and sale statuses are provided for information. Historical sale examples do not guarantee future results. Confirm current property details through the linked listing or with the agent before relying on them.

3. Enquiries and service agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not appoint Swiftly, reserve a service, create an estate agency contract or oblige you to buy a plan. Services begin only under a separately agreed arrangement. That agreement sets out the scope, charges, payment terms and any applicable cancellation rights, and takes precedence over these website terms for the service itself.

Please provide accurate contact and property details and do not submit information you are not entitled to share. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents in the initial enquiry. We use enquiry details to respond to your request and assess the service you need; your enquiry is not consent to optional cookies.

4. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not send spam, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or extract content in a way that infringes rights or disrupts the service.

5. Content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, images and videos belong to Swiftly or their respective owners or licensors. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for your own personal, non-commercial use. Other copying, redistribution or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party brands and content remain the property of their owners.

6. External websites and videos

Links to Offr, Google, YouTube and other websites are provided for convenience. Those providers control their own content, services and terms. Swiftly is not responsible for third-party websites or their availability. Optional embedded videos are governed by your choices described in our Cookies Policy.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website, including for maintenance or security.

To the extent permitted by law, Swiftly is not responsible for losses caused by relying on illustrative website information without confirmation or by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or affects any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may revise these terms by updating this page and its last-updated date. Changes do not amend an existing signed service agreement. These website terms are governed by Irish law. Any mandatory protections or rights you have as a consumer, including applicable rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction, remain unaffected.
