Recently purchased a house through Swiftly and as a buyer the process was very easy and transparent. Being able to see current bids and where you stood made things less stressful which is a contrast to other processes. We were also able to meet with the seller directly during the viewing which was more personal and gave me a better sense of the property than I would have with an estate agent. A brilliant idea and an excellent service from Stephen. Selling our home with Swiftly was such an easy decision to make. I was so pleased to find them while looking at other options (most of which were traditional estate agents who charge exorbitant fees based on the sale price of your house).
