Recently purchased a house through Swiftly and as a buyer the process was very easy and transparent. Being able to see current bids and where you stood made things less stressful which is a contrast to other processes. We were also able to meet with the seller directly during the viewing which was more personal and gave me a better sense of the property than I would have with an estate agent. Swiftly and Stephen were also very easy to reach and there were no unnecessary delays, and would definitely recommend working with Swiftly!

A brilliant idea and an excellent service from Stephen. Selling our home with Swiftly was such an easy decision to make. I was so pleased to find them while looking at other options (most of which were traditional estate agents who charge exorbitant fees based on the sale price of your house). Stephen explained the business model, ensuring we understood exactly what selling with Swiftly meant. And it was all positive - transparency for seller and buyer where both can see the asking price and the bids as they are placed - a huge incentive for me after being put through the mill first time around with traditional estate agents. A fixed fee of €999 - a tiny fraction of what estate agents charge.
