Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information collects through ie, how we use it — including for our own marketing — and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Swiftly is an Irish estate agency (PSRA licence 004199) operating swiftly.ie. Swiftly is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time through our enquiry form.

2. Information we collect

Enquiry details. When you submit the Get Started form, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact details (such as phone number and email address), your property address or area, what you are interested in and anything you choose to tell us in your message.

Technical information. Our hosting and security services process connection information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website. Our Cookies Policy explains cookies and similar storage, including optional videos and marketing tools.

3. How we use your information

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, provide valuations and quotes, and deliver the selling service you ask about. This is based on taking steps at your request and on our legitimate interest in running our estate agency.

Marketing. Swiftly runs its own marketing campaigns. With your consent, we may use your contact details to send you Swiftly marketing — for example news, offers or follow-ups about selling your home. Where the law allows us to contact existing customers about similar services without fresh consent, we will always give you a simple way to opt out, and every marketing message will include one. You can object to marketing at any time and we will stop.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who processes it for us

Your information is stored and processed using our website hosting and database provider, which acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. These providers may process information outside Ireland; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting sale, and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer follow-up questions and meet legal or regulatory obligations (including PSRA requirements). Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out or ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask Swiftly to: access your personal information; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it (including objecting to marketing at any time); and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — for cookies and marketing tools, use Cookie settings in the footer; for marketing messages, use the opt-out in the message or contact us.

To exercise any right, contact us through the enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.

7. Updates

We will update this page when our use of personal information changes, and we will note the date of the latest version above.
