I recently bought a house that was on the market through Swiftly. As a buyer, viewing the house with the vendor was much more informative and personal than with a traditional viewing with an estate agent. The buying process was smooth and Swiftly were easy to reach.

Recently purchased a house through Swiftly and as a buyer the process was very easy and transparent. Being able to see current bids and where you stood made things less stressful which is a contrast to other processes. We were also able to meet with the seller directly during the viewing which was more personal and gave me a better sense of the property than I would have with an estate agent. Swiftly and Stephen were also very easy to reach and there were no unnecessary delays, and would definitely recommend working with Swiftly!

With an industry that is very much overpriced and in desperate need of a complete change, Swiftly is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend. Don't be put off by carrying out viewings yourself. You know your property better than any agent.

We are in the process of selling our house and it is a very professional service and really great dealing with Stephen. The fee and great flexibility is a great factor as well as the possibility to have full transparency on meeting the buyers.

Swiftly uses a more up-to-date and modern business model compared to standard estate agents for selling your house, saving you thousands of euro in the process. It's much better than forking out them much needed funds to estate agents for pretty much the same service. Great service, but less cost to me!

We chose Swiftly as our estate agent of choice as this business model allows us to have the freedom to be more involved in the sale of our own property whilst keeping the costs to a minimum. More people should look into this no nonsense, transparent and professional approach.

We were recently bidding on a property using Swiftly and we found Stephen a pleasure to deal with. From the first meeting he made us feel very at ease and explained the whole process simply. His communication throughout the bidding was excellent and we’d recommend him and Swiftly

A brilliant idea and an excellent service from Stephen. Selling our home with Swiftly was such an easy decision to make. I was so pleased to find them while looking at other options (most of which were traditional estate agents who charge exorbitant fees based on the sale price of your house). Stephen explained the business model, ensuring we understood exactly what selling with Swiftly meant. And it was all positive - transparency for seller and buyer where both can see the asking price and the bids as they are placed - a huge incentive for me after being put through the mill first time around with traditional estate agents. A fixed fee of €999 - a tiny fraction of what estate agents charge.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Swiftly. Stephen has been an exceptional professional, guiding us throughout the entire process. His advice and involvement in the sale have been invaluable. Along with Declan, they did a fantastic job with the advertisements. The house had never looked better; their photos, video, and 3D tour were all modern, tasteful, and expertly done.I had approached other well-known realtors in my area, like Sherry Fitzgerald or O'Connor and they were looking to charge nearly three times Swiftly's fee plus extra marketing costs to sell our property which is crazy money.

Recently used swiftly to sell our apartment. We dealt with Stephen who was very knowledgeable and we agreed a sale very quickly, which was brilliant. I would recommend and the buyers we had also were delighted to deal with us owners ourselves during the viewing, as we could answer anything they asked in real time.

Without question, Swiftly.ie are the future in the home selling market. From the very first contact through the entire process, Stephen's professionalism , Knowledge, patience and transparency made, what can often be a harrowing experience, effortless. The business model allows the owner control over viewings, which has many advantages, from Security, the opportunity to meet the interested parties etc. The set fee is probably what attracts most people to Swiftly. ie, however, what is surprising is the incredible sincerity, generosity and caring nature of Stephen. His vision to improve the industry is admirable. Thank you, for everything and continued success

I had a house for sale recently with Swiftly. They did a great job with advertising the property. They have a really good innovative platform providing a great approach to house sales. The traditional auctioneering approach is outdated and over-priced in my view. Companies like Swiftly are the way forward. I highly recommend that you try them out if selling your property.

Highly Recommend Swiftly.ie Stephen was professional and effective in the way he handled the sale of our property and the Swiftly.ie platform is so user friendly. Once we had our photos and description uploaded, Stephen had our ad live within a couple of hours on daft.ie, myhome.ie and swiftly.ie. If anyone is thinking of selling, I would highly recommend Stephen and the Swiftly.ie team as this is a great way to save thousands with very little effort.
