Stephen/Swiftly.ie was recommended to us by friends. We met with Stephen and he explained the business model and the process of selling our home. The key objective is that everything is transparent for seller and buyer and this was achieved. This model is different to traditional estate agent and I believe it is the future. We only needed to hold a few viewings ourselves. We really enjoyed meeting and talking to prospective buyers. It was much easier than we thought and we saved thousands on agent fees with Swiftly. The house had never looked better; their photos, video, and 3D tour were all modern, tasteful, and expertly done.

I had approached other well-known realtors in my area, like Sherry Fitzgerald or O'Connor and they were looking to charge nearly three times Swiftly's fee plus extra marketing costs to sell our property which is crazy money. With Swiftly, we paid €999 and the whole process was really simple. Having the opportunity to meet the buyers is a great idea, I don't think that a soulless realtor of these traditional companies would have done a better job than us. So if you want to waste thousands of your well earned money with other agents, be my guest, but I would pick Swiftly if I were you my friend!

A brilliant idea and an excellent service from Stephen. Selling our home with Swiftly was such an easy decision to make. I was so pleased to find them while looking at other options (most of which were traditional estate agents who charge exorbitant fees based on the sale price of your house). Stephen explained the business model, ensuring we understood exactly what selling with Swiftly meant. And it was all positive - transparency for seller and buyer where both can see the asking price and the bids as they are placed - a huge incentive for me after being put through the mill first time around with traditional estate agents. A fixed fee of €999 - a tiny fraction of what estate agents charge. A personal and responsive service from Stephen who is great to deal with. Professional photos and a virtual tour of our home, posted on the major house hunting sites - daft, myhome, as well as on Swiftly's own website - these photos were amazing; showing our home at its very best. I can't thank for Stephen enough for his patience and understanding while we readied our home for sale and while going through the whole process. We chose Swiftly as our estate agent of choice as this business model allows us to have the freedom to be more involved in the sale of our own property whilst keeping the costs to a minimum. More people should look into this no nonsense, transparent and professional approach.
